I find the sticky notes feature in Windows 7 pretty cool and often handy. You can write the things you want to do on a particular day in it, your daily schedule, meeting time, etc. It sticks just like a sticky note, not on your wall but on your desktop.
Well, I guess I have spoken enough of the sticky note feature in Windows 7. Now, I would like to tell you how you can hide the sticky note icon in the taskbar. Whenever you start ‘Stickynotes’ the icon is visible on your taskbar. If you want to get rid of it and create more space on your taskbar then you can make use of a tool known as Sticky Notes Taskbar Hider.
Sticky Notes Taskbar Hider allows you to recover the lost taskbar space used by Windows 7 Sticky Notes. It allows you to easily from hotkeys, system tray icon, show or hide the Sticky Notes item from the taskbar. Other hotkeys allow you to launch Sticky Notes and also bring Sticky Notes to focus.
