I bought the new X1-01 Dual phone, then changed the security code to protect it from other users but i forgot the code and now i cant use sim 2 slot what ca I do coz master code reset calculated the code but did not unlock it?

I tried to unzip it by openrarfile.com and it says decompress succesfull but the files is contains 0 files.
Can you help me out please ?
