Ran CPUz looked at CPU>Instructions gives the following: MMX,SSE,SSE2,SSE3
Any other clues to find if 64bit capable?

Oopsy.. long time since I used Windows XP. I thought we could see in Properties :P
Well, you can use <a href="http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php" rel="nofollow">CPUz</a>
Under CPU tab> Instructions, if you see EM64T (if its Intel) or AMD64 (if its AMD) then your processor is 64-bit capable.

So, what's the way under XP? The Windows Experience Index isn't an option for that OS.
