It will allow you to convert the PDf into an editable format, do the necessary changes and then you can convert it back to PDF.

I have no idea how to deal with password protected PDF, but I can remove the restrictions of copying or printing.
The tips is to convert the protected PDF to Word using a pdf to word converter. AnyBizSoft supports this.
