How to Get Classic Menu in Office 2007

I came across an addon- RibbonCustomizer which allows you to get the classic Microsoft office menu in Office 2007. If you ever used Office 2007 you might have noticed that a unique ribbon has been introduced instead of the old classic menu which was there in the versions prior to 2007. Some of us find this new menu little confusing as it’s unique.

RibbonCustomizer helps you to get the old classic menu in Microsoft Office 2007. This addon certainly doesn’t transform the Ribbon menu to the Classic menu, instead it adds another tab called Classic UI where the old buttons will all be listed in the menu bar. This is a great idea by the developer as when the user gets familiar with the new ribbon interface he can switch later.

Installation:
Download the installer from the link given below, install it and run any Office 2007 component. Go to View tab, click the drop down arrow button on Customize Ribbon and then go to Customize Schemes. You can set Classic UI to be either first tab or the last tab in the menu.

Download Ribbon Customizer
