Most of us are drooling over the Windows 7 looks and some of us just can’t wait for the final version to get released. But there are some people who don’t really want to move from Windows XP but love the Windows 7 look. Well, if that’s the case then I have something for you! Play Music on your Computer Keyboard

Bored of typing alphabets on your keyboard? Well, then it’s time to try out something new and crazy. I found an article on lurpin.com regarding converting the keys (QWERTY) and numbers into a musical note. Now this was something really cool and new to me so I tried it out. Even though I didn’t know how to play any musical instrument, it was pretty fun. I enjoyed it! Now this is gona be one of my favorite pass time when I get bored using my pc.

How to add Recycle Bin Icon to Windows 7 Taskbar

Unfortunately Windows 7 doesn’t allow you to pin any icon directly to your taskbar. But there’s a way you can get it done. Here’s how you do it:

Firstly, Right click on your desktop and select New> Shortcut.
In the location of the item box type in the following:
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe shell:RecycleBinFolder
Once done, click on ‘Next’.

Now you need to enter a name for the icon, type in ‘Recycle Bin’ and click ‘Finish’.

AutoShut- Shutdown Pc Automatically

Here’s a small app which will allow you to shut down your computer automatically. This is pretty similar to the previous Automatic Shutdown Software that I had mentioned earlier. But the difference between the two apps is AutoShut only allows you to shut down your computer, you cannot reboot, and log off like you would in Smart Shutdown.

Run Programs using Alias/ short names

AddToRun is a program which allows you to set an alias or a short word for any .exe file, it may be a program, game, etc. You can use the short word or alias created in the Run command box to run the program. That’s pretty straight forward and simple isn’t it? The program is just 250 KB in size and is pretty light on resources. Its works perfectly on Windows XP, Vista and even on Windows 7.

How to Fix GFWL Login Problem

Nowadays there are a lot of new multiplayer games that use Games For Windows Live. Some of the games that include GFWL are GTA IV, Fallout 3, DoW2, etc. GFWL is a great way to connect with your friends online and play a good multiplayer game. But if you’re using a router then you may experience some problems which will not allow you to login. I was previously using an ordinary modem and it worked great. But after I got a new router I experienced login issues, I wasn’t able to log into my GFWL account. This was really annoying as I had purchased GTA IV mainly for online play.
