How to Extend Windows 7 Trial Period Upto 90 Days

I’m sure some of you might have tried Windows 7 by now. And most of you might have even tried the new windows 7 taskbar by unlocking it. But you gotta be careful of one thing, the trail period! You can use Windows 7 for up to 30 days after which it automatically expires. But don’t you worry, there’s a small trick which will help you to extend your trial period up to 90 days.

Well, the same trick is used on Vista too. And luckily it works on Windows 7 as well. Just follow the below instructions carefully:

Install Windows 7 Pre-beta from the DVD and when the installation prompts you to enter a key, make sure that you don’t enter any. Jus proceed to next step.

Once the installation is complete, open Command Prompt.

Type any of the following three commands:
sysprep /generalize or slmgr.vbs –rearm or rundll32 slc.dll,SLReArmWindows

Press Enter

Now, Reboot Windows for changes to take effect. That’s it you now have another 30 days of free trial.

Note: Repeat the above process to get another 30 day period. This method works only twice so make sure you use this trick just one day before the 30 day period is about to expire.
