Just buy a $35 Philips DVD Player and it'll play Divx & Xvid files directly. Lots of other cheap DVD players will as well.

AutoGK is a good program; however, I am still trying to get the quality my AVI files to be as good as I get them in CloneDVD mobile. The problem for me seems to be pixilation when I convert my DVDs to AVI files. Using the same resolution and aspect ratios, I get a better picture with CDM. If anyone can point me to a good AutoGK tutorial, I would really appreciate it.
