		<description>First of all, Opera has had the ability to run user javascript files (userjs) for a long time now.

Also, not all Greasemonkey scripts are compatible with Opera. Most will work fine, but don&#039;t expect all to work.

Lastly, a restart is not required to enable this feature. Every time a page is loaded Opera checks for updates to userjs and added/removed files and the scripts will be loaded on the next page load. Just open a tab and go to google or reload your current page. :D
