doubleTwist is a free application which allows you to share pictures, videos and music with your facebook friends. To share files, your friends need to have doubleTwist installed on their pc. Sharing files with doubleTwist is really easy. All you need to do is just select the friend/friends you would like to share files and just drag and drop the files and then click the Share button. You can also invite more friends to join doubleTwist. It’s not necessary that you should have a facebook profile to use doubleTwist, it can be used be used without it as well.
You can also integrate iTunes with doubleTwist and sync iTunes playlists with several mobile phones, MP3 players and game consoles. doubleTwist also has a facebook widget know as “Twist Me!” which acts like a media drop-box, enabling your friends to send you pictures, video and audio from your profile page right to you your desktop.
You can download the application from doubleTwist. Unfortunately there’s no Mac version of the applciation, it’s only supported on Windows Vista and XP.
