Doesn’t uTorrent’s WebUI do the same thing? I’ve never tried it, but I heard you can use it without any 3rd party software.

Nope, this is literally the whole thing. No software required. Copy the link to the .torrent file (just right click on it, select “copy link location”), and the movie or whatever will download onto your computer.

so after the torrent is downloaded, i guess u still need a client to actually download what you want?

A torrent is a small file containing links to servers, so you can download larger files (like movies). A torrent client interprets these torrents.
