Japanese people have come up with a robot- Yuki-taro, which is built to quickly clear roads after heavy snows. It is about 5 feet long and 2 and half feet high and is equipped with two video cameras in his “eyes” as well as a GPS tracking system to be completely self-guided.

So what does this robot do? It simply plows into snow banks, takes in the snow, compresses it and neatly stacks it in to two-foot-long ice bricks on his rear bed.
