Recently Microsoft sent invitations for private Beta testing program of Windows live messenger 9.0. Later, Redmond Company also sent invitations and within a few days the Windows live messenger was leaked all over the web. The leaked version of the Windows Live Messenger 9.0 Beta (Build 9.0.1407.1107) is now available for download. You can download it below:

NOTE: This is a Beta release and hence may contain some bugs. You might face problems in signing in and connecting to the Messenger service.

The 9.0 Beta version includes some cool features like:

SPIM Reporting: It allows you to block users who spam you by sending messages in your IM.

Animated Display Pictures: Instead of using plain old boring still images you can now use animated profile display pictures.

Assign different sounds to different contacts: Now you can assign dfferent sounds to different contacts.

Signature sounds: You can now make signature sounds.

Links in Personal Status Message: Links can be displayed in your status message and are clickable.

Login from different locations: Sign-in and messaging in multiple locations up to four at once.
